Article 17: Compliance with Ongoing Licensing Requirements
- A Football Agent's licence shall be automatically provisionally suspended if they:
- Fail to meet eligibility requirements at any time
- Fail to pay the annual licence fee to FIFA within the deadline
- Fail to comply with the CPD requirements in a calendar year
- Fail to comply with their reporting obligations
Investigation and Notification
- The FIFA general secretariat is responsible for investigating compliance with the requirements in Article 17
- If a Football Agent fails to meet eligibility requirements:
- The FIFA general secretariat will notify the Football Agent of the provisional suspension and refer the matter to the FIFA Disciplinary Committee
- If a Football Agent fails to comply with paragraphs 1(b), (c) or (d) of Article 17:
- The FIFA general secretariat will notify the Football Agent of their non-compliance and provisional suspension
- If the Football Agent fails to rectify their non-compliance within 60 days, their licence shall be withdrawn
