- Adapted vehicle: A motor vehicle designed or modified for the use of someone with a physical disability.

- Axle weight: The total weight carried by an axle's wheels.
- Certificate of registration: Issued by a competent authority to register a motor vehicle.

- Conductor: A person responsible for fares, passenger entry/exit and other duties on a stage carriage.
- Conductor's licence: Issued by a competent authority to authorize a person to act as a conductor.
