  • The Chain of Command consists of: • AC Board of Directors • Aunt Sara Bailey • Aunt Amy, Aunt Faith, and Aunt Christina • Head Counselor • Sr. Counselor • Counselor • TIC (Counselor in Training)
  • Report issues to the person directly above you in the Chain of Command.

Counselor Levels

  • Counselor levels are not determined by length of time in the cabin or age.
  • Head Counselor: • Leader of boys and girls cabins • Reports to the director • Leads devotions and one-on-ones with campers • Leads counselor meetings and training as needed • Allowed to administer discipline when necessary
