Sodium Chloride (Normal Saline)
- Ideal for topical irrigation and cleansing of wounds
- No antiseptic properties, but dilutes bacteria concentration in wounds during irrigation
- Promotes epithelization
- Used for all types of wounds
Glycerin Magnesium
- Hydroscopic action applied to wounds without drying
- Used for septic wounds
Mixture Solution
- Composition: 60% normal saline, 30% glycerin magnesium, 10% acetic acid
