BODY In today’s digital age, the swift dissemination of information through various platforms enables individuals to stay informed about the latest trends. By integrating technology, we can develop engaging and innovative lessons that effectively encourage today’s youth to adopt healthier and more active lifestyles. CONCLUSIONS In our profession we should follow the concept of 3 ‘D’ Discipline, Dedication & Determination. Young people are the real wealth of the nation. No programmed is successful without the participation of youth. Therefore, to enable an individual to lead happy, enjoyable and healthy life as a member of society, he/she should regularly engage in games and sports and different exercise programmers to ensure development of Physical Fitness and learn skills in sports and games, which have a carryover value. Society on the other hand should provide enough opportunities to its members so that they may engage themselves in activities of their own choice and thus develop or maintain the level of Physical Fitness. Male athletes also develop larger skeletal muscles, hearts, lungs, and red blood cells, providing an aerobic advantage. Biological sex determines the activities they engage in (and not engage in), as well as the manner in which they are treated in these activities. Sports are generally considered a masculine domain, and this stereotype results in boys’ perceiving greater ability and attaching greater importance to sport than girls. This contributes to the gender differences observed in sport.(2024, Human Kenetics) In being physically active, gender is one of the basis when it comes to sport and physical education. Males develops larger skeletal muscles and more active because sports are generally considered a masculine domain, while females are prohibited in being physically active because “girls are too weak” since females don’t have enough strength to be stronger than the males one. Our new generation needs to expand the support for females sports collaborative organization, use of media to influence and be the voice of the female’s athletes, take action, and demonstrate female’s leadership in being physically active with these actions it will help increase the visibility of females in sports. Diversity in sport involves involving people from diverse backgrounds, including race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, and abilities. Ethical norms are made worse by corruption and misuse of power, such as manipulation of matches and maltreatment. Furthermore, cultural and social variances can lead to distinct opinions of what ethical behavior is, which makes it challenging to uphold the same standards in a variety of situations. IV. CONCLUSION: Ethics and values have a significant impact on the character and behavior of individuals in physical education and sports.
