Leeroy New’s Art Installation at the Sand Dunes of Paoay (Region 1) Leeroy New is a practitioner of “applied sculpture” across the different fields of art. His Art Installation at the Sand Dunes of Paoay was one of the main attractions during Himala sa Buhangin 2012, an annual music and arts festival in the Paoay Sand Dunes, initiated by the provincial government as part of its La Milagrosa Provincial Fiesta. This festival remains an avenue for artists to showcase their talents and works, aside from promoting the rich culture of the province.
