See (Quran 25.32/ 17.82/17.9) Revelation of the Quran * Arabic Waḥi (( وﺣﯽis used for revelation. Its literally mean ; “ A quick indication”. In Islamic belief, revelations are God's Word delivered by his chosen individuals – known as Messengers/prophets. * In Islam, the Quran is considered a wahi given to the Islamic prophet, Muhammad (s). * There are three ways described in which God's revelation can reach His chosen individuals, especially prophets. An inspired message not a word but an idea can enter the heart of the chosen individuals either in the state of consciousness or in dream. 2: Word or message was sent from behind a veil. 3: The revelation is sent from God through angels like Gabriel and is delivered to the prophets. * Allah directly inspired the Prophet without the medium of an angel. * The inspiration was directly on the heart of the Prophet and it was not conveyed through any voice or through any of his (the Prophet’s) senses. The Prophet was, however, fully aware that the idea was from Allah. * This was experienced in full consciousness, as well as during sleep. Allah conveyed the message directly to the Prophet. This also was not through any angel. The Prophet heard the voice which was different from the voice of human beings; and the process was beyond human conception. *Allah conveyed the message through an angel. At times the angel was not seen; only his voice was heard. At times the angel was seen in human form. Is the Qur'an a miracle? * For every prophet there are miracles that are valid in their time. * Prophet Jesus Healing *Prophet Moses Staff *Our Prophet Quran Is the Quran written by Muhammed (pbuh)? Muslims argue the Quran was written by the scribes of Prophet Muhammad after being revealed from God. Some critics argue that human beings wrote the Quran and that it is human-sourced. However, looking through the Qur’an’s content, we find many sophisticated historical, religious, and cultural references which could be challenging for a human being to know. *Was the Qur'an sent only to the Arabs? * How is the Quran preserved until our time? * Is the Qur'an valid in todays world? *The gifts of the Quran for human beings
