DEMOCRATIC Also called participative style or consultative type as it encourages staff to be part of the decision making and problem solving responsibilities. They are considered rational individuals who can perform task efficiently and effectively according to the standards set by the profession or organization or nursing practice. democratic The staff like the trust they receive and respond with cooperation, team spirit and quality morale, open system communication, and friendly.
