Prepared By: Dr. Deep Shah Semester- I Programme: MBA Specialization - Marketing Unit- 1 Indian Ethos and Business Ethics  Ethos is a set of beliefs, ideas, etc., about social behavior and relationship of a person or group.  Ethics is the philosophical study of morality.  Ethos is a value in general, ethics means what you follow as per your circumstances.  The general study of goodness and right action is the main task of ethics.  The word Ethics is derived from the Greek word ‘ethos’ which means character or conduct.
