TYPES OF EGGS 6 TYPES OF EGGS 1. CHICKEN EGG they are the most popular and widely consumed egg around the world. HEN’S EGGS These are graded according to size-small, medium and large. About 90% of commercial eggs come from battery-reared hens. Sold in 3 kinds ⚬ Standard ⚬ Organic ⚬ Free-Range 2. BANTAM’S EGGS they are small and tasty, and usually have a white shell.
