**The Trio\'s** Title: Our Embarrassing Stories **Submitted By:** Josephine C. Briso Jeje C. Legaspi Shiela Marquez **Submitted to:** Jhon Lloyd Ballesteros **Date to Submitt:** September 21, 2024 In our lives, every one of us carries stories---stories of moments that have shaped us, molded us, and guided us along the way. Life is lived in a manner that sometimes tends to fill up with overwhelming sadness, while at times pure joy is experienced. Such stories are made not of memory; they are the heartbeat of who we are. They depict our struggles, growth, and lessons learned. Today, we are gathered, but not just as individuals; we are gathered as a collective unit, living upon common experiences. These are our stories, the ones we\'ve lived and the ones we now wish to share with you. My name is Josephine C. Briso, and like everyone else, my life is filled with a mix of emotionst this is the story that my life is full of love for family and friends, and at certain points in my life, I have also experienced sadness. Did you think it was just you? Of course, I\'m one of those who are broke. I suddenly became serious because, of course, money is also a part of our lives, right? I feel sad when my children get sick, especially when they have to be hospitalized. I\'ve also experienced borrowing money from my relatives, and it's just disheartening because I have no one to lend from. But it\'s okay; at least we have a little income, and that's where we cover all our expenses both inside and outside the house. I am happy when I see my children studying well. I'm also happy because I have a very hardworking spouse who is the sole supporter of our family. When it comes to my friends or classmates, the funny memories I can\'t forget include our playful antics. On my first day at school, I was really nervous. I thought I was the oldest among my classmates, but it turns out I'm not. I feel sad and anxious when the teachers ask us to participate. I\'m feeling a bit overwhelmed, but it\'s okay; I know I\'m doing this for my grades. Then with my classmates, when our lesson schedule ends early, I know that my seatmate will invite me to either the Festival or the Food Bazaar. We really love going on food trips after class, and when we go to the festival, we just walk around here and there, looking at this and that, but in the end, we don\'t really buy anything. The return of that is really to Mix & Max at Jollibee, isn\'t it fun? It\'s sad when everyone separates to go home to their own houses, and what\'s even more disappointing is that when you get home, you have to cook. It\'s frustrating, right? But I\'m happy nonetheless. Before going home, whenever I feel stressed, I just channel it into TikTok so that, in some way, my stress and fatigue fade away. This is my embarrassing life story. I actually have something to add that's really humiliating: I tapped Sir Lloyd hard on the arm out of sheer embarrassment. I almost tapped him a second time, but when I did, it didn't even land on his arm. In the end, I immediately apologized, and of course, Lloyd replied right away. I really forgot he was our teacher; I thought he was just a friend we were bringing to the festival. I'm Jeje C. Legaspi, and this is my story. In life, we each have our own experiences that can be described as both funny and embarrassing. I will share with you an embarrassing experience that I will never forget. When I was working as a re-packer and putting stickers on can labels, it was summer and everyone was excited about going on an outing. All the employees who wanted to join were going to Laguna, to a place called \"Hot Spring.\" Of course, I was excited because my crush was going too. We had already changed into our swimwear, and as soon as I stepped out the door, we raced to be the first to reach the swimming pool. I didn't realize that the hallway floor was wet, and I slipped. A lot of people saw me, including my crush, and they all laughed at me. And they said, \"You\'re excited, it\'s the first time you\'ve seen a pool,\" and they all laughed. I didn\'t say anything and just stood up, and I saw my crush approaching. He helped me and asked if I was okay, and I nodded that I was fine. I'm really embarrassed, especially since so many people saw me. Well, I ended up not taking a bath and just sat at our cottage watching them have fun swimming. This is my embarrassing story that I can\'t forget, and whenever I remember it, I just laugh at myself. Hi! I'm Shiela Marquez, and let me share the one of my story and embarrassing moments. As a person, I believe that we each have our own experiences in life. We experience problems and challenges in our lives, but despite these issues and trials, we cannot lose our happy, funny, and embarrassing experiences. With all the problems and challenges that have come into my life, including my decision to stop studying due to financial constraints, I have decided to look for a job to help and support my siblings. And fortunately, I was able to work as a housekeeper and was blessed with kind employers where I experienced unforgettable moments. It all started when my employers decided to buy a treadmill, and they gave me permission to use it so that I could exercise a bit, but one day, my employers needed to renovate their kitchen and they required workers. And on the day the workers arrived, it was also the day I had nothing to do, so I decided to use the treadmill. Unfortunately, I slipped and fell, landing right on the treadmill. \"OMG!\" It\'s so embarrassing; I can see on the faces of the workers watching that they want to laugh, but they\'re just holding it back. It\'s really embarrassing, and after that, I also told my employers, and they couldn\'t help but laugh. Our conclusion in this activity, life is a story and it\'s made from all the happy, difficult, and perhaps shameful moments we go through. Whether it\'s the juggling of family obligations, cherishing simple joys in life or remembering entertaining episodes which are simply part of life, such stories define us. That\'s why we get strength from our families, happiness from our friends, and smile at the memories we have had. Life is a blend of feelings, and these events whether significant or not, count us as who we are and by telling or reading them we find comfort knowing that after all we are not alone in this journey.
