Telecommunications Application Form 58% 12. Course Booking Details You will have spoken with someone at PPR regarding the below details but please confirm the following: 39. At the end of your training you will be issued a van. The van may be a large van (apx. L5.8m, W2.4m, H2.6m). Do you have a suitable parking location for a vehicle of this size? * YES NO Comments: 40. At the end of your training, you will be issued a van. Please confirm where you will be parking your company van overnight whilst at your home address. e.g. Driveway, street parking outside front of house, private car park reserved for flat, etc. * Driveway 41. This means climbing telegraph poles (up to 15 meters high). You will be trained and accredited using poles at the training facility. This role is physically demanding and can include physical activities such as (but not limited to) the following: - Climbing telegraph poles up to 6 times a day - Working in all weathers and solo working (including in the dark evenings) - Manual handling of equipment and tooling - Erecting ladders - Deploying lighting, signing and guarding - Working at ground level Are you physically able to complete tasks such as these? * Yes No Comments: Next Page
