Inreference 1a, CPT ISIDRO I ANDAL JR O-18308 MAC, assigned in this unit was granted the privilege to occupy Bachelor Officer's Quarters (BOQ) Room Nr 20, BOQ 6, CJVAB, Pasay City. 3 As per reference 1b, 1LT ANN MARGARET M ANDAL O-18659 MAC, wife of CPT ANDAL MAC, is currently assigned at the Office of the Chief Surgeon, Air Force, HSSG efective 01 July 2024. Further, the former is requesting for upgrade of his current billeting from BOQ to Married Officer's Quarters (MOQ) due to the following reasons: a. That his wife, 1LT ANN MARGARET MANDAL O-18659 MAC, is assigned at the Officeof the Chief Surgeon, Air Force, HSSG, HPAF b That both Officers are assigned at CJVAB, Pasay City C That subject Officer relocated his family from Pampanga and his daughter is currently studying at St Therese of the Child Jesus of the Holy Face School and billeting within base will be very beneficial for the child since both parents are assigned at CJVAB d. That the availability of billeting for both Officers within base will be beneficial since it is proximal to their respective units 4 For favorable consideration and approval.
