# **COER University** **CU/RO(03)/3005/2024/3612** **Dated November 13, 2024** ## NOTICE: Instructions for Filling the Enrollment Form This is to inform all the 1 year students of the university that they are advised to follow the below-mentioned instructions before filling the Online Enrollment Forms for the Academic Session 2024-25, the instructions are as follows: 1. The students are advised to fill-in their **ERP Log-In IDs** will be your Username and your **Date of Birth** will be your Password in the **YYYYMMDD** format. 2. Upload the color photo only in university uniform, The minimum photo size is 500kb upto 1MB maximum and the photograph size is 45mm x 35mm. 3. You are required to keep the Xerox of your academic certificates with you before filling the Online Enrollment Form. 4. After filling the Online Enrollment Form, all the students are required to take a Print Out of the filled form, attach xerox of your educational certificates with the Enrollment Form and submit the complete set to your concerned faculty advisor. ### The list of documents is mentioned here as under: - 10th Marksheet and Certificate - 12th Marksheet and Certificate - Migration Certificate - Character Certificate Students are advised to follow the above-mentioned instructions before filling the Online Enrollment Forms.
