See **Page 2-3** for hotel requests and booking See **Page 4** for booking support See **Procedure Flow** for booking steps: [Grapevine Hotel Process](https://app.procedureflow.com/flows/550555) **What is Grapevine?** Grapevine is a tool that will prompt an email to be sent to a traveler that has booked an air only itinerary. **Traveler Email Example:** **Hotel Requests:** When a traveler requests a hotel, agents will receive an email with the request. **Agent Email Example:** **Confirming Hotel Requests:** To book a hotel, first check Amadeus to verify the availability of the hotel and rates. Then, follow standard hotel booking policies to confirm the reservation. -- -- **Hotel Smartflow:** The hotel smartflow has been updated to include adding the Hotel Attachment Code. This step will be required in addition to completing standard hotel booking procedures. **Grapevine Booking Support:** If you receive a Grapevine booking request and there is an issue (i.e. the email is blank): 1. Contact the traveler to assist. 2.
