Then, follow standard hotel booking policies to confirm the reservation. -- -- **Hotel Smartflow:** The hotel smartflow has been updated to include adding the Hotel Attachment Code. This step will be required in addition to completing standard hotel booking procedures. **Grapevine Booking Support:** If you receive a Grapevine booking request and there is an issue (i.e. the email is blank): 1. Contact the traveler to assist. 2.
