TABLE GAME PROGRESSIVE WAGERING SYSTEM 19. The guaranteed starting amount of a progressive jackpot which is usually funded exclusively by the Licensee. SEED AMOUNT 20. A device used to mix the seventy five (75) bingo balls contained in the ball chamber either by air pressure or mechanical means giving each ball an equal opportunity to be drawn. BALL BLOWER 21. Any casino related record other than marketing data. CONTROLLED DATA 22. A contract or other arrangement that relates to the conduct of a junket. JUNKET AGREEMENT 23. Pertains to the amount refunded to a player which is equivalent to a percentage of net turnover. CASH REBATE 24. A form distributed that is redeemable for items of value used to wager on an approved table game. COUPON 25. BINGO LINK GAME 45. means the system used to link various bingo halls via interactive Closed Circuit Television and Computer Link using Wide Are Network, video conferencing and audio/video equipment. BINGO LINK SYSTEM 46. CASH FLOW INCOME REPORT reflects the cash flow activities of the electronic gaming machines. GGR = BILL DROP + TICKET IN + COIN IN – CANCELLED CREDITS – TICKET OUT – COIN OUT – JACKPOTS 47. Means any of the following areas within the casino premises. ANCILLARY AREA 48. REGULAR CASINO GAMING LICENSE 56. is commonly used to refer to activities which involve wagering, odds and prizes. While it is considered an enjoyable form of entertainment, gaming can have a negative impact on the player or his family and community when done in excess. GAMING OR GAMBLING 57. means playing games of chance in casinos and gambling establishments and any variations thereof, including but not limited to the games of chance referred to in the Provisional License or Gaming License, whichever is applicable.
