(Jun’2024) o Conducted parametric investigation of cylindrical lithium-ion battery cell using phase change materials, metal foam, and fins, achieving significant temperature reduction and enhanced cooling performance. o Utilized ANSYS Design Modeler for creating detailed geometries of BTMS configurations, ensuring accurate representation of physical systems. o Employed ANSYS Fluent for comprehensive CFD analysis, validating simulation results and optimizing BTMS designs for improved thermal performance.  2-D Thermal Analysis of Prismatic Lithium-ion Battery Cell (Mar’2024) o Conducted detailed numerical simulations using MATLAB to model the thermal behaviours of prismatic lithium-ion batteries integrated with phase change materials (PCMs) and metal foams. o Developed a 2D physical model dividing the system into three zones: the lithium battery, the PCM, and the metal foam, optimizing heat dissipation and temperature regulation. o Analysed key performance metrics such as temperatures, melting time, and maximum temperature reached to optimize the thermal management system.  Design and Analysis of Conical Dental Implant using Finite Element Analysis (Nov’2023) o The conical dental implant was modelled using ANSYS Design Modeler with standard dimensions. o Conducted detailed static structural finite element analysis of conical dental implants to evaluate stress distribution and mechanical performance for various construction materials.  Design and Fabrication of Solar Powered Multipurpose Agricultural Vehicle (Sep’2020) o Designed a solar-powered, multipurpose agricultural vehicle to enhance sustainability and efficiency in gardening tasks. o The project involved developing a vehicle equipped with integrated solar panels to harness renewable energy, ensuring effective operation using solar power.
