The idea of human resources includes the skills which the people may have their talents, their potential their attitudes. Some of these different skills are ill...
**CONCEPTS: DEVELOPMENT; CHANGES** The human resources of a country or region need more than just the number of human beings living there. The idea of human resources includes the skills which the people may have their talents, their potential their attitudes. Some of these different skills are illustrated on page 21. The easy sources can be used to help their country grow in many ways in economic and potential life and in more ways in cultural and spiritual life. In other words, everything that helps us to improve our way of life. This is why education is so important when we are educated, we have the potential to better ourselves and our country. The world population simply refers to the number of people who live in a particular region or place. The population of Saint Kitts navies were estimated at around 50,000 in 1984. This means that the number of people who lived on Saint Kitts in 1984 total around 50,000. The population of the Commonwealth Caribbean is estimated to be less than 6 million people in an area of 272,360 sq km. Next slide the population of the world is now estimated to be around 4 1/2 billion people. In figures this appears as 4,500,000,000. China has 1/4 of the world\'s population. You can work out the population of China for yourself. The world\'s population has grown very rapidly over the last 150 years. In 1830 the world\'s population was around 1 billion people. 100 years later the number had doubled in 1930 it was estimated to be 2 billion. However, in just 30 years the world\'s population increased by another 1 billion 3 billion in 1960 full song by 1975 it had reached 4 billion. Population exports have calculated that the population of the world will be at least 6,000,000 by the year 2000.
