Vitamin C – fruits and vegetables, i.e. citrus – lemon and honey tea (~45 mg/ lemon) Zinc – meats, poultry, seafood, legumes, seeds (33 mg/ 6 medium oysters) Probiotics – fermented foods, i.e. sauerkraut, kimchi, yogurt, tempeh,
