RADICULOPATHY BA S ED ON MAYO C L I N I C The pain radiates from the low back down the buttock and leg. Numbness or tingling. These sensory changes may be present in leg/foot. Weakness in the leg/foot; patient notices they have trouble walking and they catch their toe on things. The symptoms associated with radiculopathy are typically unilateral (affecting one side of the body). The pain can worsen with prolonged sitting or walking, and sometimes with coughing or sneezing. Amelioration: Strong pressure (Bryonia) Flexing the thigh toward pelvis, bending double (Mag-phos) Heat, pain better in the warmth of the bed, but returned after a time. COLOCYNTH- CONCOMITANTS Extreme irritability, anger and agitation during pain Suited for patients suffering from paroxysmal pain following confrontational situation that triggers violent anger or annoyance. Pain in nates and thighs and hip-joint. Lumbago with sudden sharp pains extending up and down back and to thighs. MAGNESIUM PHOSPHATE MAGNESIUM PHOS.
