Warn if there are signs of fetal distress. 3. 3. Detect if the mother’s vital signs deviate from the normal range. 4. 4. Prevention of prolonged labor. 5. 5. Provide continuity of care. 6. 6. Provide basis for decision making. Conditions that don't need to use of partograph: 1. Antepartum hemorrhage 2. Sever pre-eclampsia and eclampsia 3. Fetal distress 4. Previous cesarean section 5. Multiple pregnancy 6.
