LIGHTING Lighting is used for many different purposes: to ensure visual work can be done accurately, safely and in comfort; to increase timely production, and to enhance security and to promote the health and wellbeing of workers; to make the workplace an attractive and pleasant environment. EASE OF INTERACTION Ease of interaction in the workplace refers to how smoothly and effectively employees communicate and collaborate with one another. WORKPLACE CLEANLINESS Workplace cleanliness is essential because it creates a healthier environment and also helps employees to be more productive and efficient. Regular dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces also help eliminate germs, allergens, and dust particles, reducing the risk of illnesses and allergies. AMOUNT OF SPACE It generally refers to the physical dimensions or volume of an area, often measured in square feet or square meters. It indicates how much room is available for a specific purpose, like work or storage. COMFORT OF FURNISHINGS Comfort of furnishings refers to how pleasant and supportive furniture is for users, especially in a workplace setting. ERGONOMICS Ergonomics is the process of designing or arranging workplaces, products and systems so that they fit the people who use them. IMPORTANCE OF ERGONOMICS Ergonomics is important in the workplace because it enhances employee comfort, reduces the risk of musculoskeletal injuries, and boosts productivity.
