I am writing this letter to inform your good office about what happened during the operation on NCAE in our school on AUGUST 12-13, 2024. DAY 1 (AUGUST 12, 2024): We received the test materials completely from the Division. And we administer the assessments in our school. After we conducted the NCAE on day 1 we collected the test booklets and answer sheets. We put the test booklets and answer sheets beside the box at my office. It is always a practice that after we leave the office the Utility will always clean the building assigned to him named MR. JAMEL MAUNTE. He accidentally disposed the box and burned it in the afternoon. DAY 2 (AUGUST 12, 2024): In the early morning, we found out about the box.
