What is a Kaizen Blitz? A short-term, concentrated, highly intensive activity designed to make rapid improvements (North American terminology). Two Bins are used, Not 1 Bin with Divider or Fill Line Bins are Front and Back, Not Side-By-Side There must be space available for at least two kanban bins at the point of consumption, with the currently used bin in front of the second bin There should be a standard place to put empty bins, such as on a replenishment cart, or up-side down on the top shelf 4.
