# Minutes of the Review Meeting held on 24/10/2024 A Review Meeting was held by the undersigned with the OICs and officials of Regional Office, Muzaffarpur to discuss the issue of pending IDS cases at Regional Office, Muzaffarpur through VC at 12.30PM on 24/10/2024. The following officers/officials attended the meeting: - Shri C.Ravitheja Kumar Reddy, RPFC.I(Zone). - Shri Sachin T.Shetty, RPFC.I(Zone). - Shri Manish Mani, RPFC.II/OIC,RO, Muzaffarpur. - Shri Dinesh Mishra, AO (Accounts), RO, Muzaffarpur. - Shri Suresh Kumar Singh, AO,ZO, Patna. - Shri Gabriel Marandi, AO(Pension), RO, Muzaffarpur. - Shri Sanjay Krishna, AO, RO, Muzaffarpur. - Shri Aman Prakash, ASO,ZO, Patna. - Shri Amit Ranjan, SS, RO, Muzaffarpur. The Meeting commenced with a PPT Presentation prepared by Regional Office, Muzaffarpur exhibiting the status of pending IDS cases. A copy of the PPT is annexed. ## The discussion of the meeting and directions include as under: - It was submitted by OIC,RO, Muzaffarpur that as on 23/10/2024, 900 IDS cases are pending at RO, Muzaffarpur. Out of these, 900 cases, 215 cases are pending over 100 days and 648 cases are pending less than 100 days. It was further stated by him that out of 900 cases, 37 cases are pending over 1000 days. It was stated by him that owing to the efforts made by this office in disposing of the pending IDS cases, 661 cases are pending as on 24/10/2024. It was submitted by him that all out efforts are being made to dispose of the pending IDS cases at the earliest. - It was directed to AO(Pension), RO, Muzaffarpur to coordinate between the Regional Offices of the Zone for liquidating the pending IDSs pertaining to Regional Office, Muzaffarpur. It was further directed to him to put more efforts in ensuring that the pendency of IDS pertaining to RO, Muzaffarpur is brought down to 100 by the end of November, 2024. - AO(Accounts), RO, Muzaffarpur was directed to ensure that all claims are settled within 7 days. The table displayed details about the status of transfer out cases. Cases were being sent from different regional locations to other locations such as Muzaffarpur, Park Street, Rachi, and Allahabad. Each case had a unique receipt number along with a subject and a status of Sent, Pending.
