Curriculum Outline Medicine Degree Requirements The degree offered: – Bachelor degree (Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, MBBS) Requires seven years of study – A total of 222 credit hours – Including one year internship (2 credit hours) Degree Requirements Courses are taken over four phases: 1. Phase one: One year premedical 2. Phase two: two and half years of integrated basic science All body systems are studied in integrated blocks with clinical relevance 3. Phase three: Two and half years of clinical phase in the different fields of Medicine and Surgery 4. phase Four: One year of internship is required to complete the graduation.
