Service elements **Market** - potential groups of consumers who have both the willingness and ability to buy a product - Market, target market, and consumers are different groups of people **Target Market** - Specific group of existing and potential consumers to which marketers direct their marketing efforts **Marketing Mix (4Ps)** - Product, price, place, and promotion **Marketing** - process through which goods, and services move from concept to the customer. They can restrict or facilitate access to decision-makers and other stakeholders.
