Each question carries 4 marks. Very short answer is required not exceeding 75 words. 1. Anticipatory Bail. 2. Inquiry. 3. Police Report. 4. Complaint. 5. Public Prosecutor. **Section-B** **(Short Answer Type Questions)** Answer any two questions out of the following three questions. Each question carries 10 marks.
