On the upper left corner of the paper, write your full name. (First, Middle, Last) On the upper right corner of the paper, write your motivation in life. On the lower left corner of the paper, write your mood today and briefly discuss why. Follow, Fellow! On the lower right corner of the paper, write the first names of three of your closest friends. At the center of the heart, , write what do you want to become 5 years from now.
