Know your Answer Booklet About this document This document explains about the Answer Booklet you will be using to write the In Semester Assessment and explains how you should fill SRN, Subject Code and Question Numbers. Answer Booklet Filling SRN, Subject Code and OMR sheet Marking your ‘Question Number’ while answering a question Answer Booklet Has 20 Pages Page 1 (Front Sheet) - is a OMR Sheet Write your SRN/PRN and Subject code in the given boxes Bubble corresponding circles below the boxes Page 2 – Instructions Page – Read the instructions very carefully Page 3 & 4 – Graph Pages Use graph pages where applicable Bubble QNo circles with the question number for which you are using the graph Pages 5 to 20 Use these pages to write your answers Write the question number and Bubble circles accordingly Answer Booklet Page 1 - Filling SRN and Subject Code Write your SRN/PRN and Subject code in the given boxes Bubble corresponding circles Example SRN/PRN PRN is reads as PESx202301576 SRN is reads as PESxUG23xx001 If you have marked wrong bubble, inform your invigilator about the same. Ensure your SRN is written clearly Strike (X) the wrong bubble and fill the right ones Answer Booklet Page 2 - Instructions Read the instructions carefully Answer Booklet Pages 3 to 4 – Graph Sheets Bubble corresponding circles as shown in the image If you have marked wrong bubble (By mistake), inform your invigilator about the same. Strike (X) the wrong bubble and fill the right ones Write the question number below the QNo box Important Note: The Answer will not be evaluated if you have not bubbled respective circles of the question number Answer Booklet Pages 5 – 20 – Answer Sheets Write the question number Bubble corresponding circles as shown in the image Always start a new question in a new page even if the previous page has some space left. (Please see next slide) If your answer goes to next page, darken circles of the question number in that page also. If you have marked wrong bubble, Leave that page and start from new page. Write the question number clearly in the box given Important Note: The Answer will not be evaluated if you have not bubbled respective circles of the question number  Answer Booklet Pages 5 – 20 – Answer Sheets Always start a new question in a new page even if the previous page has some space left. Refer the picture in the previous slide and this image. Even though there is some space left after answering Question 2a, Question 2b has started from new page. If you have marked wrong bubble (By mistake), Leave that page and start from new page.
