Following questions need to be answered: - What does the customer want? - What are their needs? - What price can they afford? - What is the return on investment of a publicity or promotion campaign? - How many new products will be sold? **d. La fonction financière** Finance is the study of how individuals, businesses and organizations obtain and invest financial resources. **e.
