Check if it is COBRA or KOROL 2. Check PO # on Lumper matches with PO # on RC 3. POD (Proof Of Delivery) once driver is empty the receiver sign the original BOL and returned to driver. Whenever there is a Layover /Detention or OS&D must be noted on the paperwork. Pictures Sometimes brokers ask for pictures of the freight once loaded and the seal number which needs to match has been written on BOL. - High Value loads High value loads on dry vans Broker: DESPIR Team leader ROKAS BUCAS (COBRA) 1.Tracking is super important. 1.1 Once at shipper we need to assure BOL, SEAL and FREIGHT pics before departure. 1.2 Deliveries and POD are going to be handle it usually only by dispatch on business hrs at least there are specific instructions or something. 2. Always provide updates (the same way we are doing, any OS&D, Issue, problem etc) on telegram group. Prioritize safety over deadlines or pressure from brokers. Use CC details that was sent by email. - LYFT >> 18 Hotels Procedures: Booking.com - Not all hotels accept payment through Booking.com, so if there's any doubt, it's best to call the hotel directly to confirm. This helps avoid situations where the driver, often on a tight budget, may be required to pay in cash upon arrival. - Sent reservation number and pin number to driver, hotel´s name - We need to book a cheap yet comfortable hotel, while ensuring it's conveniently located for the driver. It's important to balance the overall cost between the Lyft fare and the hotel price. - If the hotel is not a new driver nor associated with the fleet, be sure to email the accounting, payroll, dispatcher & afterhours departments for clarification. - If the hotel is unable to confirm the reservation online or there are any issues, call the hotel directly and contact Booking.com's customer service to resolve the problem. 19 Pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks are routine safety checks conducted by drivers to ensure that the vehicle is in proper working condition before and after a trip. Encourage them to find a solution on their own; if necessary, we can check for service, but a fee will apply for this assistance. If bigger/spreading from vibration - replacement on the road. 50 Hinges: When ever the hinges are broken we need to fix them since the trailer can be rejected at the shipper, it can be a temp. Repair or final repair it depends as long as the shop has the hinges or not. Missing Broken 51 Hinges: When all hinges are broken the repair can take up to 1k, usually that happen because the driver broke the hinges while backing up, so always keep an eye any information provided by breakdowns, dispatcher or driver. Ask the driver what happen, file the accident form and send an email informing everyone on what happen. 52 Bumper: Temp repairs until unit arrives to Chicago. If bumper loose or hanging at some side - need secure it with bungee cords/zip ties/load straps whatever driver has with him or can buy and use. Make sure license plate is intact! If missing - need make sure driver put temp handwritten plate and let know fleet manager to order new licence plate to get it installed once unit in Chicago. Front radar damage can cause different lights pop up on dash which not affecting driving. In this case repairs ONLY in Chicago (this piece is expensive).
