When is Fall Reading Week? Course Plan Professionalism Arrive on time or early. If you are late, enter quietly so as not to disrupt. Repeated lates will impact your participation mark. If you are more than ½ hour late, don’t attend. Participate in discussions. If you have something to say – share it with the group. HR is all about working with people and interaction. Get comfortable with it. Do not talk while others are speaking. This includes the instructor or other students - it is distracting and disrespectful. Focus on class while in class. Phones should be silenced. Cruising social media or working on other things is distracting to others in the class – excuse yourself if it is urgent. Seating is at least one space in between. Seats may be assigned. All backpacks, purses, and belongings are to be at the front of the room. Phones and watches are not permitted. They are to be silenced and in your backpack. You are responsible to bring a pencil as we use Scantron (bubble) sheets, also bring your own eraser or sharpener. Use the washroom prior to the assessment. In the event of requiring use, another instructor will escort you. Per college policy, students will not be admitted after 30 minutes, and no student shall permitted to leave until 30 minutes has elapsed. Instructions 1. For each of the boxes on your BINGO CARD, find a person in the room that meets that criteria. Write their name in the box. 2. Go around the room until you have all your boxes filled. 3.
