GUARANTEED ROOM RESERVATION This guarantee does not apply to reservations paid for in part or in full by Hilton Honors Points, or free night certificates issued by Hilton. This guarantee does not apply to a hotel when that hotel becomes overbooked on inventory by 10% or more (meaning, 110% or more of rooms are reserved). This guarantee applies to only one room reserved with a valid credit card and occupied by the Diamond Elite Member. The 48-Hour Reservations Guarantee applies to reservations made online at a hotel Website, through Hilton Reservations and Customer Care, through the Diamond Special Services Department, or with the hotel directly. UPGRADE POLICY All upgrades are granted on a space-available basis for the entire stay, as determined at the time of arrival. Upgrades will be given only for one room for the member, regardless of additional rooms the member may have purchased at or after the time of booking. The following brands do not offer complimentary upgrades: Embassy Suites™, Hilton Garden Inn®, Hampton by Hilton™, Tru by Hilton™, Spark by Hilton ™, Homewood Suites by Hilton®, Home2 Suites by Hilton®, Hilton Grand Vacations®, and Motto by Hilton®. Excludes Napua Tower at Grand Wailea, Imperial Floor at Rome Cavalieri, Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi, Conrad Maldives Rangali Island, and Hilton Maldives Amingiri Resort & Spa. 5th Night Free on reward stays Only member who have Silver, Gold, or Diamond elite status can use this benefit. Applies only to five consecutive nights within the same full Points Standard Room Reward stay at the same property, up to 20 nights, when confirmed at time of booking. Paid Stays, Premium Room Reward Stays, Points and Money aren’t eligible After the 5th Night Free benefit is applied, eligible members will be charged 0 points for the 5th night, 10th night, 15th night, and 20th night of the stay, as applicable. You can’t combine the fifth-night-free with any other Hilton promotion 5th Night Free on reward stays 5th Night Free on reward stays Point & Money booking Question How many rooms can Honors Members get points for? Answer Honors guest can earn Hilton Honors Base Point credit up to 4 rooms per stay. All eligible charges for each room must be paid together on one folio which must be requested at time of check in. Question Do members get points for 4 rooms in addition to their room? Answer The total number of rooms a member can get points for, including the primary is four (4). Question Is the hotel to provide on-property benefits for all rooms that the member is paying for? Answer Only Hilton Honors Member and up to one additional guest in the same room. The additional rooms/guests are not eligible for on- property benefit. Question Does the member get stay credit for all rooms they pay for? Answer Points will based on the folio associated with up to 4 rooms. However, night and stay credit will only be applicable for one room. Question Is there a cap on points for extended stay guests? Answer There is no longer a 100K cap on base points member can earn per stay. All enrolling guests will receive 500 Hilton Honors Points as a new member bonus if they enroll on property. The bonus points will automatically post on the guest's Hilton Honors account in 6 to 8 weeks. Offer Dates: April 1, 2022 - December 31, 2024 Use the offer as one of the benefits you mention when inviting guests to enroll by saying, "… And by enrolling, you'll even earn 500 bonus points just for joining." Question Guests/Members who have booked through an OTA or are on ineligible rates for rooms, are they entitled to discounts and points via this tactical offer? Answer Yes, these member will be considered as “walk-in” and will be entitled to the discount based on membership tier. They will be entitled to 500 bonus points if bill is settled directly at the outlet, if bill is posted to room then no bonus points will be entitled. Question If in-house guests/members choose to pay at the outlet directly after meal, are they entitled to earn 500 bonus points via this tactical offer? Answer Yes, as payment is made directly at the outlets, these member will be considered as “walk-in” and will be entitled to 500 bonus points. If bill is posted to room, then they will not be entitled to the 500 bonus points. Go Hilton is Hilton Worldwide’s global, system-wide framework for Team Member Travel. It includes Team Member Hilton Honors, the Team Member Travel Program and the Family & Friends Travel Program. TMs can book 30 Team Member room nights AND 70 family & friends room nights per calendar year, for a combined total of 100 room nights per calendar year between the two programs. Friend and Family Rates Eligible Participants or their family AND friends will be able to book up to 70 family & friends room nights per calendar year at 50% off Best Available Rate (BAR). BAR is the lowest advertised rate that is subject to the hotel’s standard cancellation policy (called “Easy Cancellation”). Please note the Family & Friends rate may be higher than 50% off BAR in certain locations based on local tax regulations. How many rooms and nights I can book? Eligible Participants can book up to seven (7) consecutive nights at Team Member rates and up to seven (7) consecutive nights at Family & Friends rates, for up to fourteen (14) consecutive nights total. Eligible Participants may reserve up two (2) rooms for a Team Member rate and up to two (2) rooms for a Family & Friends rate, for a maximum of four (4) rooms per hotel stay between the two rates. Question Can I book a Go Hilton Team Member and/or Family & Friends rate reservation at the hotel where I regularly work? Answer No Question If I book two rooms on a Go Hilton Team Member and/or Family & Friends rate reservation, how will that count against my calendar year room nights totals? Answer You would multiply the number of nights for each rate by two. This is the total that will be deducted from your calendar year room nights total. For example, having two rooms under the Team Member rate for 3 nights would mean you used 6 Team Member room nights in total (2 rooms times 3 nights = 6 nights). Likewise, having two rooms under the Family & Friends rate for 3 nights would mean you used 6 Family & Friends room nights in total (2 rooms times 3 nights = 6 nights). Question Do I earn Points and stay credit for reservations booked under the Go Hilton Team Member and Family & Friends Travel Programs? Answer Go Hilton Team Member and Family & Friends rate stays will be eligible to earn Points on both room rates and incidentals and stay credit toward the next tier status, all based on standard Hilton Honors Terms & Conditions.
