How to apply for empanelment under this Policy online 1. Visit www.irctcve.in 2. Register and create your user Id and password. 3. Select the empanelment policy from the list of policies available for empanelment. 4. Login through your registered user Id and password. 5. Upload all required documents as mentioned in the portal. 6. Once all documents are uploaded successfully, please inform through mail at [email protected] regarding successful upload of all documents. 7. IRCTC will do necessary screening of all documents and intimate the vendor after the empanelment request is approved. 8. The vendor will be intimated regarding their empanelment approval and payment of empanelment fees and security deposit (if any). 9. The payment of empanelment fees needs to be done online on www.irctcve.in using same user Id and password. 10. IRCTC will issue letter of Authorization for empanelment of the vendor once the payment is received for the empanelment.
