These root values should be integrated through interventions that i. humanize work, organizations, & society ii. help employees balance work & family/personal life iii. promote diversity & spirituality at the workplace iv. champion self-actualization of organization members Ensure that organizational processes are: Transparent, possess integrity, treat people with dignity, & serve diverse stakeholders. Certification of members Create boundaries between WHO IS (and is not) an OD professional and WHAT IS (and is not) OD practice ii. Create a common body of knowledge iii. Define minimum levels of competencies iv. Institute other regulatory infrastructure. Emphasis on change technologies, i.e., under the banner of CHANGE MANAGEMENT.
