Certification of members Create boundaries between WHO IS (and is not) an OD professional and WHAT IS (and is not) OD practice ii. Create a common body of knowledge iii. Define minimum levels of competencies iv. Institute other regulatory infrastructure.  Emphasis on change technologies, i.e., under the banner of CHANGE MANAGEMENT.
