Fatigue is defined as a sensation of exhaustion during or after usual activities, or a feeling of inadequate energy to begin these activities. It can be caused by many medical conditions, psychological factors and lifestyle factors, making it a important and often overlooked symptom. Dylan Roberts Causes of fatigue Medical conditions: Heart failure, Insomnia, Cancer, Multiple sclerosis, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Treatments and Medication: Chemotherapy, NSAIDS, antidepressants, sedatives. Psychological factors: Depression, anxiety, stress, cognitive overload.
