Responsibilities: Overview of what each role is responsible for during a change initiative. The Sponsor’s Role in Change Key Points: – Defining the vision – Providing resources and support. – Ensuring alignment with organizational goals. – Acting as a champion for the change. The Change Leader’s Responsibilities Key Points: – Collaborates to crafting the vision statement – Driving the change process. – Communicating the vision to all stakeholders.
