June 3, 2024 To whom it may concern, I am Ediza S. Hernandez, mother of Romeo S. Hernandez Jr., a BS Electrical Engineering student at UP Diliman. On May 31 to June 1, he had the colds, cough, and fever, which prevented him from attending classes and exam on June 1. Even though he received no immediate medical assistance, he recovered through self-care because he was the only one in the dormitory and was not living with us. I kindly request a medical excuse letter for that date. He is committed to making up for any missed assignments, lectures, and exams. Your prompt attention to this matter is highly appreciated.
