However, Nishkam is the correct spelling of my sixth form, and Easyclean is the correct spelling of my previous place of employment. These do not need to be corrected. My personal profile was approx. 50 words too long. I dismissed this check as I felt as though everything in my profile was important for the recruiter to know. However, In the future rather than having a detailed profile, I need to provide a quick overview and description as to why I believe I'm a suitable candidate for the job opening. Furthermore, as recruiters usually scan through hundreds of CV’s mine needs to be short and concise. This is so that it is easy for a recruiter or hiring manager to scan through. This highlighted my limited use of action words. I dismissed this check as I felt as though the language I used in my CV was already engaging. In my next CV I should utilize more action words. This is to show the recruiter that I have the skills they are looking for. It is also an effective way to deliver information to the recruiter, which will help my application to stand out. This tells me that my CV is much shorter than average. Due to my lack of experience, I do not have a particularly long list of past responsibilities or professional attainments. However, in the future I could remedy this by talking about how I could practically apply my degree in the Workplace. Numerical psychometric test report In order to improve my score, the first thing I need to do is improve my speed. This is because I was unable to answer all twenty questions within the time limit. Because of this, I rushed many of the questions which lead me to reading questions wrong, selecting the incorrect calculations, and mixing-up numbers. I could also benefit from doing multiple practice tests in order to practice my speed and familiarize myself with the types of questions in these exams.
