When you become a bar manager - is it crucial to have the right approach! But why? 2 EARN YOUR RESPECT What does it mean to earn your respect? Imagine this, I come into your bar for one shift. One shift & we don’t even know each other, but I change 10 different things.. How would it make you feel? (Was it that bad? Who are you to come and change that? STOP!?) 3 EARN YOUR RESPECT What does it mean to earn your respect? It may be better than it was before, but that’s not what you think or feel in the moment.. 4 EARN YOUR RESPECT What does it mean to earn your respect? The point is: before we change any of our juicer's everyday structures. We need to Earn Their Trust & Respect. 5 EARN YOUR RESPECT What does it mean to earn your respect?
