To produce highly competent teachers and administrators to lead the education sectors of Palawan and beyond, and 2. To generate and disseminate educational innovations for an effective delivery of quality education. **Objectives of the Program.** The Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED) Program aims to produce graduates who: 1. Manifest technical and professional competence in teaching in the elementary grades; 2. Conduct research and deliver relevant extension activities. 3. Demonstrate professionalism, and personal integrity and possess desirable values and attitudes. 4. Communicate effectively and exercise higher-order thinking skills, and 5. The course takes a multidisciplinary approach by drawing on a wide variety of science disciplines to understand how these cyclic processes work and to demonstrate the relevance of its knowledge in daily life. It, likewise, encourages students to be curious about the world around them and apply scientific principles to develop an understanding of their earth and environment. Knowledge of the course is critical for finding solutions to environmental challenges and making informed decisions about managing the earth and environment in a sustainable and responsible way. B. **Learning Outcomes** At the end of the semester, the students must have: 1. To define general concepts and principles pertaining to complex patterns of interaction between the physical environment and biological communities on earth. 2. The following policies will be observed and implemented inside the classroom by the Professor and Students. 2. Student must wear complete University uniform except on Wednesday which is a free day but he/she must wear ID or else he/she will be marked absent. 3. In three (3) consecutive absences, the student must present an excuse letter stating the reason/s of the absence signed by the parent or guardian with the contact number, the guidance counselor, and the class adviser before admitting to class. In cases of health reasons, the student shall present a Medical certificate signed by the government physician. 4. Assignments are equivalent to quizzes 5. Each student must have their own assignment and quiz notebook to monitor their performance 6. Late beyond 30 minutes is considered absent. **H.
