RSPL Ltd. was incorporated on 22nd June 1988 with the name Kanpur Detergents Pvt. Ltd. In 1988, Ghadi Brand was incorporated and first year sales was 1.4 crores. In the year 2005, the group had undergone a major Corporate Restructuring. Four companies including Kanpur Detergents Pvt. Ltd. were merged with Shri Mahadeo Soap Industries Pvt. Ltd., and the name of the company was changed to Rohit Surfactants Pvt. Ltd. Our operation in Bangladesh are from September 1, 2013 as “RSPL Health Bangladesh Limited”. At present, we have two factories (Savar & Rupshi) in Bangladesh. RSPL has a Greenfield Soda Ash Plant near Village- Kuranga, Dwarka, Gujarat, we sell our Soda Ash by the brand name “SOKA” RSPL Ltd. Soap & Detergent Division Hygiene Care Division RSPL Soda-Ash RSPL Health Bangladesh Ltd. Leayan Global Pvt. Ltd. Our warehouse of 75,000/- sq. Ft. is situated in Rania to cater all our logistic and warehouse requirements. RETAIL DIVISION We sell Red Chief and Furo and through our retail division products like Shoes, Apparels, Accessories. NIFPL retail has exclusive stores, dairy junction and home delivery through application. Our E-Retail has websites for Red Chief and Furo we also have online partners for the same NIF Pvt. Ltd. NIF Pvt. Ltd. NIFPL established in the year 2011 is a dairy company committed to supply pure milk and milk products, with current presence in more than 15 states of India. Company has established a developed Cattle farm where farming is done by scientific methods for its research purpose. It has collection centers in around 5000 viIIages & has established around 33 Milk Chilling Centres. It has its manufacturing units situated in Shivrajpur, Modinagar & Akbarpur (Ice cream plant). The units are fully automated with international standards and have a capacity to collect, process and pasteurize 12.5 lakh liters of milk per day. It strictly follows the rules of cleanliness while processing/ pasteurizing its products according to FSSAI norms. NIFPL also has two semi-automated cattle feed (Gangotri) plants situated in Chaubepur & Shivli. Contluxi International Pvt. Ltd. RSPL enters in Premium Bakery segment by the name “Baker By Chance”. We sell many bakery products like cakes, pastries, savories, breads, cookies, pies & tarts, muffins, brownies & dry cakes.
