ROSALINDA Rosalinda Velásquez or “Rosi” is a popular street vendor from Lima. Let’s get to know her. She starts work at 7:00 a.m. and buys the ingredients at the market. She opens her food stand, cleans her utensils, greets her Rosalinda Velásquez customers, and cooks for them every morning and afternoon. “My business Rosi is very friendly. Let’s get to know him. He starts work at 12:00 p.m. and works there every afternoonand evening. He sets the tables, greets the customers and takes their orders. In the kitchen, the chef prepares the food, and Felix brings the foodto the tables. He is very friendly. He loves talking to each and every customer.
