SMART -Realistic: multiple factors must be considered -Timing PT Diagnosis PTD is the result of a process of clinical reasoning using a problem-oriented hypotico-deductive model. It has a patient-centric approach. WHO classifications of health status ICD-10 (International classification of diseases): it bases on the etiology in order to establish medical diagnosis. ICF: functional diagnosis ICD-10 The International Classification of Diseases (ICD) is the standard diagnostic tool for epidemiology, health management and clinical purposes. Classify diseases and other health problems recorded on many types of health and vital records. ICF model Concepts Impairment Any loss or abnormality of psychological, physiological or anatomical structure or function. Disability: Any restriction or lack of ability to perform an activity in th manner or within the range considered normal for a human being. Handicap: - A disadvantage for a given individual that limits or prevents the fulfillment of a social role that is normal.
