BANO, VERONICA MYCEL BASABE, JEROME TEACHER: MA’AM ZOLETA ( High School Teacher ) SCHOOL: Malanday National High School INTERVIEW: One of the biggest challenges I face is keeping students engaged. Sometimes, it's hard to capture their attention and make them truly excited about learning. I've found that the key is to make learning fun and interactive. I try to incorporate different teaching methods, like using real-life examples, games, and group activities. I also make sure to connect the material to their interests and show them how it's relevant to their lives. Another challenge is dealing with different learning styles. Not everyone learns the same way, so I need to find ways to cater to a variety of learning preferences. I try to offer different resources, like videos, audio recordings, and visual aids, to help students learn in the way that works best for them. And of course, there are always those moments when students struggle with a concept. It's important to be patient and provide them with the support they need. I try to break down complex ideas into smaller, more manageable chunks. Teaching is a constant process of learning and adapting. But by embracing the challenges and finding creative solutions, I can make a positive impact on my students' lives.
