This commission may only be reduced in the instance of bank owned properties or short sales or where required by the lender. This commission is charged to all buyers and sellers represented by an agent of Keller Williams Platinum Realty. This commission is not included in the transaction commission and covers the specific costs involved in the following: Review of all paper work by Staff and Broker to ensure entire file meets the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission Guidelines. Coordination of settlement preparation activities by Keller Williams Platinum Realty office personnel. Full Time office conveyancer of follow file from sale to settlement to ensure timely settlement. This includes ordering certificates, review of the title and deed, mortgage payoff, and final closing numbers. Process of file review of all contracts and signatures. Physical and electronic signature storage of all documents for 7 years.
