LAWNCARE AND SNOW REMOVAL 1.1 LAWNCARE Lessee shall be responsible f or cutting all grass on t he property including t he front, back, and side lawns. Lessee shall no t allow the g rass t o g ro w long er than 6 inches. If Lessee allo ws t he g rass t o grow long er than 6 inches, Lessee shall be responsible f or the actual cos t of cuttingt he g rass per v endor invoice. Lea ves, pine needles, bush/shr ub clippings, and perrenial plants mus t be r aked t o the side of t he road if thelocal municipality allo ws, or bagg ed and brought t he local yard w aste f acility b y Nov ember 15t h each year. If A gent receiv es a fine or f eefrom t he local municipality as a result of Lessee’ s failure t o cut the grass in violation of an y law or municipal or dinance, then Lessee willalso be responsible f or the repa yment of an y and all fines or f ees and cos ts associated wit h mowing t he lawn. 1.2 SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL Lessee shall be responsible f or snow and ice remo val from t he municipal side walk s along t he side and back of t he property as well as the driv ew ay and w alkways f or the unit. All sno w and ice remo val shall be com pleted as soon as possible but in no ins tance later than 12 hoursaf ter a sno wfall. If A gent receiv es a fine or f ee from the local municipality as a result of Lessee’ s failure t o remove sno w and ice in violation of an y law or municipal or dinance, then Lessee will also be responsible f or the repa yment of an y and all fines or f ees and costs associatedwit h clearing t he drivew ay . 1.3 POWER EQUIPMENT If sno wblowers and/or la wnmowers are pro vided by the property o wner, it is Lessee's responsibilty t o maintain them with fuel, oil, and repairs, if necessar y. If Lessee chooses no t to maintain t he equipment Lessee is w elcome to provide t heir own equipment. 1.4 CREDIT Lessee shall receiv e a credit of $ CreditDebit /mont h f or maintaining t he lawn care and sno w removal.
