MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT You can access your account for FREE on your cell phone, just dial our USSD code *130*602#: Want to know your outstanding balance? Simply view a mini statement. You can also check your instalment due and how much you can buy for. Get more buying power – apply for a credit limit increase to purchase your necessities. Go paperless: switch to email or mobile statements. SMS your Ackermans Account Card number to 45090 and you’ll get an immediate response with your available credit, credit limit, current balance and total payment due. R1 per SMS. Please note: This service is only available in SA. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Customer must be 18 years or older to apply for Ackermans Store account. Customer must be earning an income of at least R1200 or more. 3 contact details are required during the application process. The customer must put their address details so Ackermans can deliver the statements. Supplementary account cards available for up to 5 family members ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: *You are not allowed to pitch outside the store. *You cannot activate the storecard yourself. * Drivers license cannot be submitted as identification. *Monthly service fees are R19.00 as no service fees will apply on a zero balance. *Do not use a tippex on the application form *Customer cannot use drivers license to complete the application. *You are not allowed to use your cellphone to apply on behalf of the customer *If required you must collect the relevant documents and fax back the documents. * TENACITY takes 48 hours to give response to the customers. *Customer can wait 6 months to reapply *The QPC will be sent to the customers cellphone..
