## **Kansas City, Missouri Police Department** ### **SEMS Manual** **Members of the Negotiation Team** will be notified by the **Communications Unit** to respond to all **Operation 100's**, and will work under the direct supervision of the **Commander** or **designee**. **Ans:** **Tactical Response Team** **Designate** the assembly area for the **Command Post** and the safest route to the area. **Consideration** must be given to selecting an area: - **Out-of-sight** of the **perpetrator**. - **Close enough** to be **practical**. - **Large enough** to park approximately **cars** and the **mobile command center**. - **Where business operation hours** should be considered when selecting a staging area for a **Command Post**. If possible, permission from the **business owner** should be received prior to **designating** a location. **Ans:** **thirty-five** Only **__officers__** have the authority to detain and arrest suspected undocumented/ unauthorized foreign nationals for violations of the immigration laws. **Ans:** **immigration** In order to ensure proper notification can be conducted effectively during a critical incident, all divisions should conduct **___notification___** tests. Upon completion of the criminal investigation, the property will be returned to the pawnbroker. If the criminal investigation is not completed within **___days after the property was recovered, the investigating element will immediately return the property to the pawnbroker or obtain a warrant for the continued possession of the property.__** **Ans: 120** The tire deflation device is made of a water resistant, laminated, paperboard housing which contains **___rows of quills.
